Donation Request

Having a fundraiser event? Lewandoski’s Market is fortunate to be able to donate to non-profit or community related causes in our area each year. We are pleased to consider requests for events that are making a positive impact in the Greater Grand Rapids area.

We aim to support organizations that focus on enriching the lives of the members of our Westside community, and those dedicated to promoting Polish heritage in the Greater Grand Rapids area.

All donation requests must be submitted through our donation request submission form below, and must be received at least four (4) weeks prior to the date your event is scheduled. In an effort to process your request efficiently, please ensure that your submission meets the criteria for receiving a donation, as highlighted in the following form. Note that due to high demand, we will not be able to fulfill every request, even if criteria is met.
